He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ratcliffe and Margaret Ratcliffe; and his sister Jesse Rosie. He is survived by: his wife Julie Ratcliffe; his son Kevin Ratcliffe (Miranda); his granddaughter Gracie Ratcliffe; his nephew Derek Rosie; and his niece Angela Parkinson. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
