She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Rice and Edna Rice (Meade); and her brother Clifford Rice, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer and Joshua Smith; her granddaughter Kiana; and her sister Linda Mahanna. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
