He is survived by: his wife Beverly Bursey; his children, Vickie Davis, Teresa Goldsmith (Darryl), Dwight Crosby (Deborah), Tebin Burg, Daphne Trussell (Henry), Cherisse Rountree (Keith), Beverly Moon (Rodney), Tonya Clark Boddie and Raymond Rowland (Nicole); his siblings, Lessie Mae Johnson of Fayetteville, NC, Charles Bursey (Ruth) of Dayton and Annie Lovelace (Larry) of Dayton; and his grandchildren, Kameka Dunson (Jesse), Kimberly Grider, Janae Goldsmith and Devon Goldsmith (Jasmine).
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shiloh Baptist Church (3801 Fairbanks Ave, Dayton, OH 45402). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at the Shiloh Park Cemetery N. Main.
