Betty L. Collins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty L. Collins of Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on December 14, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sark and Mary "Ruth" Sark; her husband Clyde Collins Sr.; her grandson Travis Collins; and her brother Rick Sark.
She is survived by: her children, Clyde Collins Jr. (Debbie), John Collins, Lisa Collins and Kimberly Collins; her grandchildren, Jacob Collins, Melinda Hatton (David) and John Collins (Natalie); and her siblings, Linda Lee, Sherry Hageman, Cathy Welch (Jimmy), Bill Sark (Diane), John "Jack" Sark (Judy) and Gary Sark. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
