She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard L. Brasier and Marie M. Brasier (House); her husband Robert E. Hoffman; her sister June Laisy; her siblings-in-law, Ed Laisy, Gary Hoffman and Phyllis Hoffman; and her aunt Elinor Medley.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Hoffman; her aunt Vivian House; her cousins, Debbie (Matt) and Mandy; and her sisters-in-law, Alice Thompson (Raymond) and Sandy Tackett (Chris). She is also survived by other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton in memory of Mrs. Betty A. Hoffman.
