She was predeceased by: her father Brian Dean Swann; and her grandparents, Weldon, Vivian Belcher, Julius and Joann Swann.
She is survived by: her children, Brooklyn Madison Fizer and Brayden Michael Fizer; her mother Brenda Lee Ruggles (Belcher); her stepfather Thomas Ruggles; her siblings, Chris Swann (Kylee), Linda Williams (Mike), Amanda Swann and Breeanna Moss; her nieces and nephews, Jaymin Belcher (Alexis), Bryce Ramey, Ashton Swann, Eli Swann, Roman Swann, Tesla Swann and Cesilee Swann; her great-niece Teagan Belcher; and her stepsiblings, Roger Ruggles (Marita), Matthew Ruggles (Bradlee), Tonya Conley, Christy Ellinger and Angie Ellinger. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home (135 Broadway St, Jackson, OH 45640). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
