She was predeceased by: her parents, Sham Murphy and Mattie Sue Murphy (Jarrett); her husband Lee "Pete" Nathan Collins; her siblings, Leon Murphy, Michael Murphy, Dorothy Willis and Earnestine Bowers; and her sons-in-law, Gregory M. Crisp and Andre D. Hightower.
She is survived by: her daughters, Chandra Hightower (Collins) and Chelsea Crisp (Collins) of Dayton; her granddaughter Alexandria Lee Crisp of Dayton; and her sisters, Louise Taylor, Betty Bonwell and Patricia Brown. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
