She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Verdonik and Maxine Verdonik; her former husbands, William Smith and Vaughn Gibson; and her brother Donald Verdonik.

She is survived by: her children, Victor Habersmith, Tona Karrick, Pam Smith, Greg Gibson (Jackie), Mark Gibson (Crisina), Jon Gibson (Becky) and Eric Gibson (Kristina). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and numerous, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
