He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Jean Shults; and his granddaughters, Mak and Sirisa. He is survived by: his father Baker; his children, Amenda Shults (David Hill) of Columbus and Ted Adam Shults, Jr. of Newark; his brothers, Todd A. Shults of Newark and Tim A. Shults of Johnstown; and his former wives, Peggy Morris-Shults of Columbus and Mary Predmore of Danville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and several nieces & nephews.
