He was predeceased by: his father Charles A. Sapp; and his siblings, Charlotte Totman and Mike Sapp. He is survived by: his mother Janet Sapp (Fesler); his children, Blaine Anderson, Seth Sapp and Trae Sapp (Sonya); his grandchildren, Seth, Khloee, Rhylee-Ann and Coltyn; his siblings, Bruce (Margie), Kevin, Shane (Kelly), Aaron Sapp, Marcia Durbin (George) and Brooke Sapp; and his former wife Vicci Sapp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Rex's family requests memorial donations to the Eastern Knox County Joint Fire District, PO Box 526 Danville, OH 43014.
