She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Elwood and Martha Marie Fletcher (Farley); and her sister Mollie Birtcher. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Billman (Susan), Jerry Billman (Beth Wydick), Jeff Billman (Lori Vance) and John Billman (Michelle Smith); her significant other Jim Stachler; her siblings, George Fletcher (Cobina), Linda Beach (Bob), Kevin Fletcher (Marian) and Traci Surgener (Dennis); and her pets, Benny and Beans. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
