He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy "Dess" Waldeck and Janet Carol Waldeck (Fairley); and his sister Susan Janette Waldeck. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Waldeck (Leedy) of Danville; his daughter Charity Waldeck of Danville; his siblings, Rickie Allan Waldeck (Deb) of Mt. Victory, Annette Rucker of Arizona, Lannette North of Arizona and James Leroy Shannon of Arizona; and his daughters, Carla Jackson of Ashland and Michelle Sapp of Columbus. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
