She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Addington and Cora Addington (Wright); her husband Max E. Roush; and her siblings, Dewey Addington, Hazel Laycock (Addington) and Lowell Addington.
She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Addington of Hillsboro and Catherine Parks (Addington) of New Market. She is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, and many dear friends.
