She is survived by: her husband Donald James Samples; her children, Christine Samples (Richard Bennett) of Mt, James Samples (Deborah Samples) of Brinkhaven, OH and Connie Samples (Thomas Snodgras) of Loudonville, OH.; her great grandchildren, Luke Ogi, Cale Ogi, Kiegen Aufrance, Emerson Aufrance, Logan, Andrew, Bennett, Zachery Samples, Sam, Sadie, Sienna Samples and Shelby Samples; and her brother Joseph Patrick Colopy.
