It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lanny Lyons of Danville, Ohio, born in Mount Vernon, Ohio, who passed away on November 15, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Lyons and Evelyn Mae Lyons (Byers); and his brothers, Lee, Lyle, Larry and Lynn Lyons.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Lyons (Shrimplin); his daughters, Lanna Staats (Brian) and Tonya Durbin (Kirk); his grandchildren, Bryant, Bryce, Brianna Staats, Ridge and Skyler Durbin; his great grandchild Bo Staats; and his sisters-in-law, Mariam and Pat Lyons. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
