He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Turney and Mary Turney (Minard) of Danville, Ohio.; his sister Iva Payne (Turney); and his brother-in-law Harold Payne. He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Turney (Mavis); his children, Michael Turney (Daina) and Kim Turney Schmidt (Heather); his grandchildren, Alex Turney (Danielle) and Rachel Turney; his great grandchild Lillian Turney; and his nieces and nephews, Tim Payne (Mary), Rick Payne (Julie), Cheryl Colopy (Mike) and Laura Mickley (Phillip).
