She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bower and Lena Bower (Barnes); her husband William Meek "Bill" McGinnis, Jr.; and her siblings, Avis Hagelbarger, Laura Thorne, Maxine Stricker, Ruby Ridgway, Evelyn Leisure and Howard Bower.
She is survived by: her sister Janet Daley (George); and her siblings-in-law, Marge Bell and Lawrence McGinnis (Kathy) of Mt. Vernon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and her cat.
