She was predeceased by: her parents, Edsel Nyhart and Velma Nyhart-Hartwick (Bailey); her husband Charles Blaine Neely; and her sister Sandra K. Patterson. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Buckland (Pertain) of Lewis Center, Deborah Miller (Mike) of Perrysville, Cindi Peck (Charlie) of Danville, Edsel Buckland (Paula) of Danville and Cliff Neely of Butler; and her grandchildren, Connie LaRue (Josh), Courtney Dugan (Matt), Robert Neely (Angela), Alisha Elkins (Dave), Logan Neely, Jessica Buckland, Jason Frazee, Mike Frazee (Carrie), Whitney Petras (Alex), Ben Buckland, Kelly Grogg (Tom) and Becky Baer (Luke). She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
