He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Neitzelt and Norma Lee Farley (Sowards); his siblings, Diane Garvin and Steven Neitzelt; and his stepparents, Harry Farley and Marilyn Novak.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Neitzelt (Riesen); his sons, Michael, Bryan and Bradlee Neitzelt; his stepdaughter Auday Reffey; his siblings, Robert Neitzelt, Deborah Frazier and Becky Barr; and his stepsiblings, Margaret Buehrer and Jeff Novak. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
Memorial donations can be made to the Knox County Dog Shelter, or the Knox County Humane Society.
