He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Fox and Elizabeth Fox (Hammontree); his wife Lois Boling; his sister Virginia Fox; his daughter Barby Dee Ludwig (Fox); his son-in-law Shawn Blubaugh; his grandson Jacob Ludwig; and his great grandchild Emma Fox.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Fox (Terry), Barry Fox (Deana) of Rose Hill, KS, Suzanne Springer (Eric Murnieks) of McCormick, SC, Shelley Ansel (Todd Bender) of Danville, Toni Blubaugh (Scott Yarman) of Howard and Tia Ball (Lincoln) of Howard; and his sister Beverly Carrier (Charles) of Galion. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
