She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Cecil and Marjorie Armstrong (Hinton); and her siblings, Joyce Bower and Gary Armstrong. She is survived by: her husband Paul J. Frazee of Mt. Vernon; her children, Tammy Ford (Terry) of Utica, Jason Frazee (Valerie) of Ashland, Brian McCutchen (Crystal) of Galloway, Scott McCutchen (Brittany) of Mt. Gilead and Michael Frazee (Carrie) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Emily Bardall (Tate), Tanner, Haylee McCutchen and Jacob Duffy; and her brothers, Larry and Lynn Armstrong.
