She was predeceased by: her sons, John Michael Tollison and Douglas Allen Tollison; and her sisters, Ruth Rine (Dan) and Marilyn Cunningham (Tom). She is survived by: her spouses, John C. Tollison of Howard and June; her daughter Debra S. Tollison of Howard; and her sister Carol Hart (Fred) of Mt. Vernon.

In lieu of flowers, Barbara's family asks for memorial donations to be directed to Hospice of Knox Co., 17700 Coshocton Rd. Mt Vernon, OH 43050.
