He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Jae Puz (Rohaley) of Damascus, OH; and his parents, Matt Hookway and Jolene Hookway (Moore) of New Castle, PA. He is also survived by his siblings, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, grandparents cousins, extended family, and many friends.
