He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Welch and Arvilla Welch (Powers); his brother Donald Welch of Massillon; and his daughter-in-law Denise Welch. He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Welch (Nussbaum); his sons, Brian Welch (Debra) of Dalton and Bradley Welch (Donna) of Dalton; his grandchildren, Courtney Welch, Jennifer Daniel (Jimmy), James Welch, Brittney Welch and Nicholas Welch; and his great grandchildren, Chase and Sebastian.
