He was predeceased by: his parents, Edson and Marjorie Harrold (Cash); and his brother Roy. He is survived by: his daughter Janet Schnittker (Paul); his granddaughter Jessica George (Charles); his stepgrandchildren, Ryan Schnittker (Erin), Michael Schnittker, Brandon Schnittker (Nikki) and Kelly Sims (Thomas); his great grandchildren, Brandon and Cameron George; and his sister Pauline Miller. He is also survived by 9 step-great-grandchildren.
