She is survived by: her husband Keith; her sons, Charles Efaw (Ashley) of Mannington, WV, Dwayne Efaw of Millersburg, OH and Shannon "Boo" Dye of Dalton; her stepson Chad Dye of Shreve; her mother Mary Efaw; and her sister Beverly "Bev" Efaw of Mannington, WV. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
