He was predeceased by: his father Daniel F. Amstutz; his son Homer D. Amstutz; and his siblings, Lester, Marvin, John and Ruth Hershberger.
He is survived by: his children, Elaine Steiner (Clarence) of Apple Creek, Tim Amstutz (Rebecca) of Dalton, Margaret Lehman (Lee) of Chambersburg, PA and Wilda Horst (Elwood) of North Lawrence; his daughter-in-law Arlene Amstutz (late Homer) of Dalton; and his brothers, Earl Amstutz (Rosina) and David Amstutz (Amanda). He is also survived by 39 grandchildren; 75 great grandchildren.
