She was predeceased by: her parents, Artie F. McGovern and Gladys Q. McGovern (Merriman); her spouse Ral Neglic; her children, Charles Neglic and Cynthia Venables Kiefer; and her sister Donna McGovern Venables.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Venables Ratliff (Jimmy) of Leesburg, GA., Tammy Venables Higginbotham (Ken) of Rockledge, FL, Michele Neglic O'Toole (Ian) of Orlando, FL, Joyce Neglic Hickman (Mark) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and Daniel Neglic (Carol) of Moorehead, NC; and her brother Robert McGovern of Massillon. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
