He is survived by: his children, Cindy Butler (David), Russel Slaughter (Donna), Ruth Lemon (Mark), Debbie Dalessandro (Joe) and Mike Conner (Jennifer); and his siblings, Eugene Slaughter, Anna Lee Case and Joyce Rhodes. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
