She was predeceased by: her siblings, Paul Neal, Gwendolyn Fisher (Neal), Kenneth Neal and James Neal. She is survived by: her husband Glenn E. Loomis; her children, Steve Loomis (Paula), Roger Loomis (Melissa) and Sharon Starling (Ed); her grandchildren, Megan (Adam), Alexandria Gosnell (Rob), Devin Loomis and Scott Starling; her great grandchildren, Peyton Kincaid, Riley Kincaid, Kimber Malherbe, Carson Malherbe and Kennedy Gosnell; and her siblings, Don Neal, Kelly Neal and David Neal.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Dalton United Methodist Church.
