She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Falb and Edna Falb (Steiner); her spouse Byard D. Horst; her son Russell Horst; her great grandchild Adrienne Mast; and her siblings, Irvin and Evelyn Falb.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lillian Stoltzfus (Alvin) of Blackville, SC, Donnabelle Mast (Timothy) of Greentop, MO and Sandra Martin (Lamar) of Orrville; her daughter-in-law Juanita Horst of Canfield; her grandchildren, Jamie Stoltzfus, Wendel, Crystal, Michelle, Kimberly, Rodney, Lowell, Douglas, Larry Horst, Eric, Roxanne, Sheldon, Shelly, Valerie Mast, Missie, Wylie, Shelia, Kanden and Jolyn Martin; her great grandchildren, Davalyan Stoltzfus, Courtney, Kayleen, Kenita Horst, Tristan, Lyndell, Lydell, Kelvin Hostetler, Jadryk, Kiara Schlabach, Jordan, Colton, Hudson Mast, Wyatt, Ellianna Burkholder, Tiffany and Jacinda Martin; and her siblings, Wilma Falb of Dalton, Howard Falb (Mildred) of Dalton, Linford Falb of Orrville, Gladys Graber (Vernon) of Linville, VA and Delmer Falb (Carol) of Kidron. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
