Oswald of Dalton, Ohio, born in Apple Creek, Ohio, who passed away on December 10, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Oswald and Ruby Oswald (Mast); and his wife Janet Lucille Steiner. He is survived by: his children, Karen Streb (Paul) of Dalton, Kathy Shimanek (Doug) of Orrville and Terry Oswald of Crestline; his grandchildren, Angela Anderson (Brian), Lindsay Ramsay (Max), Abby Withrich (Brad), Trent Shimanek (Brittany Chomyak), Tyler Shimanek (Brittany), Troy Shimanek (Christin), Holly Girdlestone (Joe), Jalyn Oswald and Jaxon Oswald; and his brothers, Harold Oswald (Mellanie) of Apple Creek, Gary Oswald (Carolann) of Wooster and Robert Oswald (Donna). He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
