She was predeceased by: her mother Kay Jerin (Rounds). She is survived by: her father Larry R. Jerin of Phoenix, AZ; her husband Mark; her children, Matthew Hamilton (Jeremy Watkins) of Wooster, Joshua Hamilton of Huntsville, AL, Nicholas Hamilton of Dalton and Ashley Frum of Akron; her grandchildren, Keaghan and Lilliegh; her siblings, Debie Lura of Lufkin, TX and Dennis Jerin (Lora) of Glendale, AZ; and her grandmother Dorothy Jerin of Green, OH. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
