Joyce K. Biggs Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2021, at the age of 88, Joyce K. Biggs of Dalton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jesse Edwin Tarrh and Linnie Fisher Tarrh; her stepfather Oscar Perry Rodgers; her son Jeff Biggs (Cindy) of Wooster; her grandson Michael Pete (Leigh) of Highlands Ranch; her great grandchildren, Owen, Emma and Brian Pete (Hayley) of Valrico; her son-in-law Phil Pete (Barb) of Brandon, Florida; her sister Patty Cornelius (Don) of Utica, Ohio; her nephew Dan Cornelius (Angie) of Utica, Ohio; her sister-in-law Karen Haley (Bill) of Orrville; her husband Ned Biggs; her daughter Sandy Pete; and also, Aniston, Dylan, Camden, Doug, Jason, Jim and Jon Haley.
Considering the Covid virus and the safety of all who attend, the family is suggesting the use of facial coverings while in the church.
