He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Y. and Anna Miller (Troyer); and his siblings, Levi, Katie Kuhns, Mattie Stutzman and Clara Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Mervin Miller (Roni) of Strasburg, Eli Miller (Dora) of Millersburg, Levi Miller (Martha) of Sugarcreek, Clara Hershberger (Eli) of Baltic, Joe Jr. Miller (Verna) of Loudonville, Marie Miller (Andy) of Sugarcreek and Aden Miller (Laura); and his siblings, Melvin H. Miller of Mt. Hope, Lizzie Miller (Mel) of Millersburg, Mary Miller (Roy) of Antrim and Ada Raber (Noah) of Mt. Hope. He is also survived by 41 grandchildren; 133 great grandchildren.
