He was predeceased by: his sister Christa Potts; his niece Trisha Bixler; and his nephew Zachary Williams. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Kiera Bouscher (Keith) and Heather Maddern (Thomas); his stepdaughters, Carla and Jaime Daugherty; his grandchildren, Zachary, Jessica, Sierra, Julieanna, Justin, Korey, Ryley and Layla; his great grandchildren, Zachary and Antonio; and his sisters, Judy Bixler, Sharon Miller and Michele Williams (Scott).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses for the family.
