He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Steiner and Mary Steiner (Eberly); and his son Anthony. He is survived by: his spouse Arneda Steiner (Shank); his daughters, Rebecca "Becky" Steiner of Shenandoah, VA, Janna Bowers (Merrill) of Rockingham, VA and LaVonne Ramella (Vince) of Dalton, OH; his grandchildren, Phillip Oswald, Rachelle Vachter (Kyle), Shaylla Campbell (Adam), Kinley, Tyce, Larayna, Elyse, Sylas Bowers, Sidney (Kaylee), Braden "Bradie" and Justin Ramella; his great grandchildren, Kaydence, Arlen, Alahna Vachter, Abrahm and Adler Campbell; and his brothers, Roy (Ruth), Richard (Wanda), Elam (Harriet), Stephen (Beverly), Mark (Karen) and Dallas Steiner (Rhoda).
When Parkinson's Disease made formal preaching too difficult, he continued sharing his love for the Lord and ministering to people as he was able.
