Gilbert Geiser Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilbert Geiser of Dalton, Ohio, who passed away on August 15, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Ann Geiser (Shank); his parents, Allen Geiser and Orpha Geiser (Gerber); his brothers, Nathan Geiser, Frank Geiser, Peter Geiser and Sylvester Geiser; his siblings-in-law, Pru Geiser, Lynda Geiser and Kenneth Shank of Sharon, SC; and his granddaughter Katelyn Frantz.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Geiser of North Canton, Lorin Geiser of North Canton, Greg Geiser (Tawnya) of Spokane, WA, Karen Geiser of West Hollywood, CA, Diane Frantz (Eric) of Jefferson, OH and Mark Geiser (Shawn) of Hickory, NC; his grandchildren, Zachary Geiser of Winston-Salem, NC, Morgan Frantz of Jefferson, OH, Zane Geiser (Sarah) of Sydney, Trevor Frantz of Jefferson, OH, Jake Geiser of Hickory, NC, Stuart Frantz of Jefferson, OH, Makayla Frantz of Marina, Lydia Frantz of Jefferson, OH, Josh Becker of Spokane, WA, Collin Becker (Amanda) of Wasilla, Shelby Jefferson-Fink of Lancaster, CA and Trevor Jefferson of Veradale, WA; his great grandchildren, Zoey Fink and Maximux Fink; his siblings, Amos Geiser (Erma) of Kidron, OH, Esther Lehman (Lloyd) of Dalton, OH, Daniel Geiser of Apple Creek, OH, Doris Miller (Dave) of Wooster, OH and Ray Geiser (Carol) of Wooster, OH; his sister-in-law Delores Geiser of Overgaard, AZ; and his siblings, Anna Mae Lantz (Lamar) of Mesa, AZ, Donald Shank (Terri) of Cincinnati, OH, Jean Witalis (Ken) of North Canton, OH and Deborah Patterson (Lloyd) of Fort Wayne, IN. He is also survived by 31 nieces & nephews.
As you can only imagine, the three of them have been sorely missed during this pandemic because the adult volunteer service was suspended for their safety.
