She was predeceased by: her parents, James Turner and Veotra Turner (Pierce). She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Shawn Champer (Shannon) of Orrville, Jay Champer (Megan) of Norton and Ashley Bowen (Shawn) of Wilmington, OH; her sister Fay Phillips (Joe) of Chattanooga, TN; her grandchildren, Aubrey, Trent, Tobi, Jayda, Mckenna, Zachariah and Christian; and her great grandchild Carter.
