He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Leon Frank and Florence Frank (Euler); and his siblings, Rosalyn Roberson, Renita Bethell, Mary Lou Crutcher, Glenn Frank, Dean Frank, Beverly Baughey and Wayne Frank.
He is survived by: his former wife Anna M. Frank; and his children, Dr. Robin Frank (Ruth) of Nashville, TN, Marty Frank, Lorri Frank, Linda Burkholder and Dr. Bill Frank (Miriam). He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews, 9 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
