He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman E. and Edna Pennington, Sr. (Evans); his son Josh Pennington; and his sister Donetta Smith. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Tricia Hosley (Ron) of Cygnet, Jeremie Pennington (Renee) of Wayne and Jacob Pennington (Chauntel) of North Baltimore; his sister Regena Nickols (Richard) of Cygnet; his grandchildren, Emma Busler, Josh Hosley, Brandon, Lauren, Tanner, Eli and Easton Pennington; his great grandchildren, Carl, Savanna, Kolton and Kenslie; and his pets, Molly, Dutch and Angel.
