Coakley of Cygnet, Ohio, born in Bloomdale, Ohio, who passed away on August 13, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Avery Kepp; her husband Carl "Duane" Coakley; and her grandson Corey Coakley. She is survived by: her children, Rick Coakley of Cygnet and Becky Coakley of Denver, CO; her sisters, Demeral Bowersox (Robert) of Ft. Myers, FL and Katie Tyson of Bloomdale; her grandchildren, Jessica and Tyler Coakley; and her great grandchildren, Madison Mendoza, Bentley Apple, Hendrix and Emilia Bussdieker.
