He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Kisner and Evelyn Kisner (Fike); and his brothers, Robert and Marvin Kisner. He is survived by: his close friend Donna Cutright; his children, Camilla Lakia (Neil) and Carissa Palacios; his stepchildren, Cary Verderico (Vince) and Cindy Wallace (Tyler); his grandchildren, Beck, Kellan, Gabriella, Bryan, Melani, Carter, Chase and Brooks; and his sister Carol Wilson (Gary). He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
