He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Catherine; his sisters, Eileen Adams and Eleanor Moore; and his sons, Douglas and David.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his daughter Sandra Lavin (Bill) of Scottsdale, AZ; his stepchildren, Eric Lischak (Tina) of New Port Richey, FL and Susan Touchton (Chris) of New Port Richey, FL; and his brother Donald Sayers of Cuyahoga Falls, OH. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
