She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Daniel and Flora May Brown Harrison; her husband Robert Cleland Rumberger; her son Billy James Ratliff; her grandson Billy Joseph Ratliff; her brothers, Nathanael Andrew Harrison and Samuel Paul Harrison; her half-brother Norman William Harrison; and her sisters, Rhoda May Ruth Harrison and Evangeline Martha Harrison Coleman.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Daniel Ratliff (Kim) of New Kent Virginia, Roy Samuel Brown (Wendy) of Akron and Rebecca Lynn Ratliff Cate (Charles); and her grandchildren, Teeya Brandt, Alicia Cate Youngberg (Trevor), Carrie Cate Matsushita (Nobi), Alexis Brown Wyatt (Jimmy), Andrew Brown (Katelynn), Ashley Brown, Christopher Brown (Lakyn), Beau Brown (Ian), Jacklyn Ratliff Biggs (Casey), Billy Ratliff and Dylan Ratliff. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
