It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Patrick Massey of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, who passed away on September 9, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou; his parents, Patrick Massey (Florence Massey) and Florence Massey; and his sisters, Ann Marie, Kathleen and Loretta.
He is survived by: his children, Pat Massey (Kim), Tom Massey (Tina), Sharon Seeley (Wayne), Ken Massey (Mariedith) and Mike Massey (Donna); his grandchildren, Daniel Massey (Caitlyn), Sean Massey, Taylor Farcas (Cory), Wendy Herman (Wes), Chrissy Cherkala (Ryan), Jordan Massey (Lindsay), Morgan Patton (Michael), Hunter Massey (Madison), David Massey and Michael Massey; and his great grandchildren, Brycen, Blakelyn, Addisyn, Paighton, Chloe, Ashton, Preston, Evelyn, Alayna and Winona.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Woodridge Foundation, 4411 Quick Road, Peninsula, OH 44264, for scholarships, endowments, and other programs. Please make checks payable to Woodridge Local Schools with "The Woodridge Foundation" written on the memo line.
