He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pickens and Lulah Pickens; his siblings, Sue, Carolyn and Gene; and his grandson Robert Jordan Stack.
He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Lisa Fuller (Christian), Rebekah Crabeels (Shawn), Jerry Pickens (Lisa) and Kevin Huffaker; his grandchildren, Tyler (Tiffanni), Jordan, Nicholas, Mason, Leo, Alexis, Brooke and Carleigh; his great grandchildren, Eliana, Rilynn and Oaklynn; and his siblings, Marge, Harold and David.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace Baptist Church (704 N Firestone Blvd, Akron, OH 44306). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Silver Springs Cemetery (5080 Stow Rd, Stow, OH 44224).
