He is survived by: his wife Tari-Ann of Cuyahoga Falls; his brothers, Thomas Frederick Dugan (Linda) of Canal Fulton and Stephen Charles Dugan (Dagmar) of Avilla, Indiana; his children, Brian Dugan (Kimberly) of Middletown and Jennifer Genovese of Austin, Texas; and his grandchildren, Emily, Caleb Genovese, Bryce and Brock Dugan.
