He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; his parents, Edward A. Fay and Dorothy Fay; and his brother Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Greg (Susan), Maureen McCarty (Rich) and Dennis (Julie); his grandchildren, Sarah (Ronnie), Rory, Michael (Wesley), Andy (Kristen), Hope (Justin), Chelsea (Jordan), Jacqueline (Connor), Conner, Kit (Trey), John, Maureen (Logan), Zoey, Brian, Samuel, Ian and Marielle; his great grandchildren, Joel Stella, Tyler, Mackey, Leah, Isla, Cameron, Shea, Lucas, Mia, Jack, Rose, Indigo, Blair, Blaise, Fin and Jude; and his siblings, Danny (Nancy), Mary and Julie.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anthony Funeral Home McGowan-Reid & Santos Chapel (247 Stow Ave, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church (1905 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (100 E Waterloo Rd, Akron, OH 44319).
