With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Delphia Ann Lowe of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 9, 2024 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Jones and Dorothy Jones; and her husband William L. Lowe. She is survived by: her children, Becky Higgins (Michael), Sandy Rouse and Bill Lowe (Kathy); her grandchildren, Sandy, Jennifer, Laura, Michael II, Lisa, Taylor and Billy; her great grandchildren, Oliver, Nolan, Emerson, Harper, Willow, Michael III, Addison, Isla, Blake and Clarke; and her siblings, Phyllis Johnson and Robert Jones (Barbara).
